Because each board is handcrafted individually, all orders are currently placed as PRE-ORDERS. We don't mass produce or rush these pieces — every board is made one by one, by hand, with care. When a payment is made for a PRE-ORDER, the order goes straight into processing and cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Due to recent extremely high demand, all orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please allow an estimated 4–5 weeks for production and finishing before your order ships. Each board goes through a real crafting process that simply takes time: the walnut wood is selected and cut, the pigmented resin is poured and then needs to fully cure and dry, and only then can the piece be sanded and polished by hand to its final finish. This drying and curing stage can't be rushed — it's exactly what guarantees a solid, flawless, long-lasting result. Once your board is completed and carefully packaged, you'll receive a tracking number. Delivery then typically takes around 6 to 9 days, depending on your location and local carrier transit times.

We know waiting can be hard, but that extra time is what lets us focus on quality over quantity and create something truly unique instead of mass-produced. Our goal is simple: to make sure your board is worth the wait the moment it arrives.
